1. Migration Law

The principal of the firm is an Australian legal practitioner (lawyer) and has been a migration agent registered with the Migration Agent’s Registration Authority for more than 20 years.

Lawyers are now able to provide immigration legal work without having to be Registered Migration Agents. The work is done as part of the legal practice. This change commenced on 22 March 2021 flowing from the Migration Amendment (Regulation of Migration Agents) Act 2020 (Cth).
